USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I originally had them come and clean for one of their Deluxe cleanings and it was pretty good. I then made arrangements for bi-weekly basic cleans. On the scheduled date, no one showed up! Ok, so being the forgiving person that I am I decided to give them one more chance. When they arrived, they came an HOUR late for their 9AM scheduled appointment! I called the headquarters and asked if they would be able to clean my house (1700 sq ft) in time for an appointment that I had later that afternoon and the reassured me that everything would be cleaned. Echoing the same experience as previous reviewers, they were out in an HOUR AND A HALF!! When I looked around, the master bathroom wasn't even touched, they didn't take out the trash in either bathrooms, multiple surfaces were not dusted (or even attempted b/c nothing was even moved), two of the rooms were half-vacuumed, and NONE of the floors were mopped. It was extremely disapointing. I called right away and they said that they were sorry and that they would come out the next day to fix it and clean as if it was the initial first cleaning. They also assured me that they would send a different maid. Upon arriving home and looking forward to a clean and sparkling place, I come home to....wait for it....NOTHING CLEANED. Obviously, they were there because they left a note. Ironically, it was a note about some dumb contest about how good this particular maid was. What a joke. In my humble opinion, DO NOT USE THEM. POP IN MAIDS WASTES YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. To top it off, you have to babysit their employees! So much for saving time!
