Poor Billy's Seafood Restaurant is known for their raw bar. This being said, I have only eaten there for their Sunday brunch. My experience with that was not good. The service was extremely slow (almost an hour for our meal and there weren't but maybe three other tables of customers in the restaurant), and they left off basic parts of our meals. We got so tired of reminding them what they forgot that we finally stopped reminding them and just decided to never eat brunch there again. Try brunch at your own risk.
