These guys were terrible. They use strips, which are inaccurate, for testing the water. While they did a good job cleaning the pool, they didn't know how to balance the pool, and I myself had to add chemicals. I also had a chemistry controller that tells you write on the unit what it needs - a CYA reading of less than 30. WIthout reading what was in plain site, this company added too much CYA in to the pool. As a result I had to spend $150 draining and re-filling the pool. The owner said he'd take care of it, but didn't. He ignored my calls and texts.
