Good local plumbers 5/17/2013

Poole s Plumbing provide me with great, prompt service. They advised me on which hot water heater to get, arrived when they said they would, and installed the new heater with no problems. They even had to do a little extra pipe work to get the new heater to fit, but didn t charge me any extra. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. more

Clogged drain 3/29/2013

A clogged drain was flooding the basement. Called Poole's and set up an appointment. They said between 12-4 but the guys called and said they would be there at 12. They were on time, very courteous , and thorough.Highly recommend Poole's. more

Our water heater was failing and needed repair or replacement. Poole's responded in a timely manner and discussed the options and costs without any sales pitch. I decided on replacement, which was accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Poole's to anyone who needs plumbing work done. more

Great Water Heater Replacement, Apex NC 2/10/2011

After receiving insane bids from other plumbing companies to replace our water heater, we were pleased to find Poole's Plumbing through ServiceMagic. They were available, on-time, friendly, and reasonably priced without sacrificing quality of product or service. In fact, they came in about 1/2 the price of other local competition. They have my business for life. more
