We have not abandoned the job. Mr. Neeleys actions have prevented work from being done in the last 5 days. We must have permission and good will to send workers to the residence. #1 PROBLEM, we used a Plumber that Mr. Neeley requested, who alone delayed this project by 7 weeks. This was out of our control, and since the project was centered around a Gas Meter being moved, it was pretty significant. ON RECORD. Mr. Neeley mentions dates and times, please share when your plumber got his pipe green tagged. Also, a delay beyond 30 days, beyond our control, by the buyer or his agents, results in extra charges. We have tried to go forward without bringing this into the equation. It was mentioned, but ignored. We are reasonable, I know Mr. Neeley is, can we just adhere to the agreement you keep refrencing, and go forward. ie, pay the additional costs due to delay caused by you and/or your agents. Beware....too many excuses, too little work done in a timely manner not to mention the screw ups along the way. If you are prepared to have a 30 job as stated on the contract crammed into 6 months then these guys are the ones you want. more
