Don't charge for services customers never ask for and get some customer service skills!\r I cannot agree more with the previous tip! The owner Todd Wilson basically attacked us in multiple emails and refused to speak with us after he wrongfully completed service without notifying us or having us place an order then charged our credit card without any approval to do so! I will also be lodging a complaint with the BBB! Beware of this so called business! more

Brush up on your customer service skills - never seen a company owner rudely attack his own customers the way this one does! Don't waste your money or your time on this place! Find a reputable pool company. (Check out Better Business Bureau's online complaints to see how he insults clients). \r \r p.s. Hey, Wilson, the words ""everywhere"" and ""elsewhere"" are not spelled ""ware."" That implies an item, as in housewares.
