I shopped around with three other vendors and selected Pool Cover because they had given me the lowest price. BUT when the product was installed, the real price was over $400 more which was billed to me without prior discussion or consent for the additional charges. A month later, the cover didn't open, I called for service. My wife calls me with a service tech handing her an invoice for $580 for work completed. Again, no prior communication or authorization. I had them remove the newly installed motor. Come to find out, the tracking was the only issue, which should have been covered per their guarantee. There are more reputable companies out there with the same product.
