The first few times Poochies groomed my dog with the utmost care and really listened to what I had to say about how I wanted my dog to look. Then I brought my dog in one day and they seemed very busy and rushed. I coudn't believe it was my dog when I picked him up as they SHAVED MY DOGS HEAD!!!! The groomer must have had a bad day. The dog looks absolutely ridiculous and no one can believe Poochies made my dog look so bad. They literally butchered his beautiful coat. Sadly I will not be returning to Poochies and I will not be referring anyone to this place of business. They have lost a good customer. Pros: n/a Cons: don't listen to dog owner more

Best groomers in town! 1/12/2009

This is the best place to take your pet in the providence area. The two people who work there are husband and wife and they treat your pet just like their own pet. They do great work, fast work and the prices are more than reasonable, give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Pros: Fast, willing to accomodate, reasonable. Cons: Don't accept credit cards. more
