The people at Pondside are very friendly from the receptionist to the dentist. They are usually very punctual and get you in and out with as little pain as possible. more

The whole staff is very kind and helpful. Dr. Tieu is a careful perfectionist. He always explains options and is up to date with dentistry improvements and very tolerent and helpful with my low pain threshhold. The coverage is fabulous, when I have had emergency situations, I have always been seen quickly, even on the weekend, once by Dr. Reilly, who was wonderful. And they have great up to date magazines!! more

Dr. Theiu and his team are proficient careful kind and altogether awesome. Special shout out to Kris, a particularly great staffer. more

I have been going to Pondside Dental since I was a little girl. My mother took us (my brother, Charles, and I) long before they were Pondside Dental. We are senior citizens now. They were situated at another location on Centre Street in a structure that looked like a house and it was on a corner. Even though the dentists changed hands a couple of times, the same good quality of care and services were maintained. I can't say I love to go, but I don't hate to go either. The doctors, as well as the staff, are exceptionally professional, caring and friendly. In comparison with other dentists my friends utilize, may I add, the prices are right also. What really makes a big difference to me too is that they are easily accessible by public transportation. If you are looking for a good dentist, Pondside Dental is the way to go. My whole family has been seeing Dr. John Tieu for 5 + years.He is absolutely amazing! If I could, I would go to the dentist every month, lol! I had two extremely infected teeth, which could be seen when I smiled. I was so embarrassed when about them when I walked into his office, but he made me feel completely comfortable. I thought they would have to be removed completely, and I would have to continue to hide my smile for the rest of my life. He saved both teeth and they look great. You wouldn't know the teeth were crowns if I didn't tell you myself. I can not thank him and his staff enough, it has improved my quality of life in so many ways. If more health care professionals treated their patients with this quality of care, the world would be a better place. Highly recommend! more
