First time ordering from Pond Megastore. Was told plants would be shipped within 14 days. Never arrived. Let store know dates we would be out of town and was told they cannot micromanage orders. What? So if the store misses their shipping date, they expect customers to stay at home for the duration of the summer on the off chance the order will arrive? more

Horrible 4/11/2023

Very unprofessional, Zac's people skills has alot to be desired. They end every email with, "send us any questions you may have but when you do you get accused of "being a nuisance".I read all the bad reviews before I ordered from them and thought it was only fair to give them a chance. Do yourself a favor and do not try and do business with them. I am really sorry I tried to. more

Go elsewhere…horrible customer service, rude and extremely unhelpful. They actually charged me $3.50 to cancel my order when I specifically told them not to cancel it and the horrible rep agreed not to. I had to pay to get mistreated. What?!? Read the reviews online, I wish I had… more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM 6/23/2021

I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand! I ordered in November and never received an email with shipping/tracking - just a box on my porch. One plant missing, three barely alive and two small, but healthy. The three died within a few days, I didn’t bother contacting them, but did about the missing one. I was told they couldn’t source the plant - why are you selling a plant you don’t have and can’t get 6-7 months later? I was told I’d receive a refund, but two weeks later and that hasn’t happened. Terrible customer service. $20 worth of plants after spending nearly $70 - save yourself the theft. more

Disappointed 6/1/2021

Ordered on April 1and received a notice that the plants were raised in greenhouses and could not be shipped until mothers day. Well, mothers day came and went no order. June 1 and no response to emails and calls (voicemail box full and no messages can be accepted). Called my credit card company to get my money back. So disappointed.Gave a one star as it would not post but it is truly a zero more

Low Reviews Everywhere 5/27/2021

I have never encountered such rood, bitter, and angry customer service in my life. Go check out other reviews online. if you have a problem or question, they snap. I asked a question about when our order would be shipped. We should have had them 4 weeks ago. The clearly bitter person on the other side of FB told me to go elsewhere and cancelled my order. Why? because I asked when the several hundred dollars of plants would arrive. These people do not belong in any sort of business. Never mind one that involves other people. Terrible company. Terrible people. It’ll end up biting them in the long run... I hope it does. more

Buyer beware 5/20/2020

Terrible customer service and poor plants ! I was missing one item in my order and one week later and after several emails which have gone unanswered, I have still not been refunded. Also, the plants were packed terribly and the lily I received had brown, wilted leaves and has not revived after planting. I have sent 3 emails over 6 days, including pictures of the awful plant and I have had zero response. more

Walmart of Waterlillys 5/5/2020

Don't shop at pondmega store, it is the Walmart of pond suppliers. I purchased a water lily and cared for it appropriately it did not flower once!!! I over wintered according to many water/lilly information sources directions and it died. They refused a refund. Such a disappointment! more

Customer Service ? Really ? 7/3/2019

Purchased 3 watercress plants - received June 7, 2019. All the plants had mostly brown leaves and upon removing them from the plastic , the roots were slimy . I emailed them 3 times over the course of 5 days , explaining the situation , including 5 pictures in each one. Receiving a response on the 6th day , requesting pictures. Sent 2 more e-mails with 6 pictures each over the next 2 days. Never received another e-mail. Calling them had very little effect as well. The lesson I have learned ; Do not do business with them in the future. more

They have NO customer service. I bought 3 plants only received 2 (which are already dead) Store never sent the 3rd or responded to my complains. Never again! more

Plants are over-priced crap 11/5/2018

I placed an order, some items were apparently not available; I clearly stated on the order: DO NOT MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS. They charged me for the unavailable items anyway. When I got the "plants" they were scrawny limp garbage. I followed the planting instructions for the items anyway. As expected, they died. Will never order from them again. more

Look elsewhere 6/29/2016

If you want a reliable quality pond plant supplier I suggest you try ---, pond megastore does not care about their customers. I found that I would be away from home when my plant order was scheduled to ship. I asked if the plants could be shipped 1 week earlier, I was told me no. If I was asking for plants to be shipped during the busiest shipping time I should understand that it can't be done. I was invited by Zac to cancel my order. So I did; I asked him to please cancel the order and give me a refund. I got notice of shipping a couple of weeks later, while I was away from home. I could not get any response from customer service (Zac), nothing, no response at all. The plants are not thriving. I suggest you use a more responsive company. more

Gorgeous water plants 7/10/2009

Two folks helped my husband and I on teo occasions. They helped us set up our pond properly and sent the most wonderful water lilies I have ever seen. So much more than other small nurseries. I will be ordering again soon. Great gardening advice and great pond plants. -Marcia more
