Wow, I am so blessed to have met Claire Pearce at a convention 6 months ago. I thought the convention would change my life but meeting her has changed my life. I was going to the same hairstylist for 7 years and was so nervous to change even though I was so unhappy. When I saw a mutual friend of ours hair weeks later I was stunned at how beautiful her hair looked. I thought that's what I wanted for my hair and finally decided to visit her at Pomp Salon. And I am so happy I did. It was definitely worth the change and Claire automatically made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. I was so impressed with the warm atmosphere the salon gives to every client. My friends all compliment my hair and tell me how much they love my highlights now and the color matches my skin type perfectly. That was always the challenge for me to find the right color and have someone listen to me. Last week i went to Pomp Salon with a coupon i had recently gotten for the salon, i must admit i was nervous because im very attached to my hair and didnt know who the stylist was but to my suprise it was a wonderful experience. Stephanie was my stylist and i would highly recommend her, the whole experience was very comfortable she really listened to what i wanted and didnt want and did exactly that plus gave me some very helpful input. My color turned out beautifully i loved that she took her time and put so many foils in, what ever she did she made it the color i always wanted to acheive but never could get with other stylists. I then recieved a complementary treatment in a massage chair which was delightful and the best cut i have ever had! I told her i wanted lots of long layers and volume and i walked out with just that! not to mention she styled it beautifully and taught me how to do the same at home. I wasnt even planning on going out that night but had to because i looked and felt so good!I have found a stylist for life and if you go to her im sure you will too!!! Pros: Stephanie, valet parking, massage chairs, comfortable and clean atmosphere Cons: none that i can think of more

After a colour disaster at ANOTHER salon- Maybelline managed to do the impossible and bleach the burgundy/black colour out of my hair to a natural light auburn- seemingly, without damaging my hair. She truly worked miracles... Pros: Wonderfully skilled stylists who never neglect you Cons: You have no idea how much they might charge you more

Claire Pearce at Pomp Salon is the first stylist that has given me longevity with someone that understands my needs. Claire's formula for success is simple really; she listens to her clients, ensures she understands what you want and then infuses this understanding with her talent to give you what you asked for. I would travel long distances to get this kind of care and treatment. Most people are passionate about their hair care needs and you are definitely in good hands with Claire. It doesn't hurt that she is also very prompt, flexible and one of the nicest people you can ever hope to meet! more

Claire is truly the best hair stylist I have been to in all my years. She is the ONLY stylist who could actually style my hair after cutting. I didn't have to wear the baseball cap I always bring when I get my hair cut, nor did I rush home and wash my hair to style it again. She gave great tips on keeping my color fresh and which shampoos would help my dry ends! What a place! Beautiful and serene!!!! The women are so nice and they make me feel at home every time I go in for a service (cut, color, facial)! I live 1 hour away (ugh), but the results they render is worth fighting the traffic on the 101 and 405!! Excellent salon!
