Great outing for kids. 12/14/2005

Pomeroy Farm offers many things for kids to do. They can walk around and feed the animals, stroll through the garden, and tour the old farmhouse. I would not recommend the tea house or gift shop for young children, though. Lots of breakables and the displays are very close together. They have a harvest festival at the farm in the spring and a pumpkin festival in the fall! Lots of fun! more

Just a wonderful little gift shop - they serve you tea in china cups with biscuits (cookies) as you shop. Sign up for their newsletter and find out first about their specialty teas and classes offered. Their themed teas are excellent. These teas take place in the old farm house and are always coupled with delicious foods, unique atmosphere. During the Christmas season I've attended their wreath making class in the barn. Excellent place to visit. more
