Great staff: Excellent Results! 3/3/2008

The staff at Dr. Nylander's office are friendly, efficient and very helpful. They got me in right on my appointed time and the nurse who administered my treatments, Camille, was the most considerate, kind person I've ever had administer treatments to my skin. She listened carefully to what I asked and made suggestions that worked so well for me I'll never go see anyone else again! The results were outstanding. \r \r If you're looking to have a dermotology service done that Dr. Nylander's office provides, I wholeheartedly say ""Go HERE"" because they are really fabulous. more

A very good dermatologist, who likes to take time to answer all your questions and find solutions to your skin concerns. She works in a beautiful, brand new practice in downtown Seattle, and together with her talented colleague, Camelia, they make a fantastic team! more

BURNED AND SCARRED 6/22/2007

This was the worst experience ever - I was getting my bikini line done and on the second visit, they burned the skin. It is now a year later and I still have significant scarring and discoloration. Thank GOD it was in an area that is not publicly visible! Not only were they unprofessional, but they should not be allowed to practice with the lack of knowledge. Never again....... 9/28/2006

So, it's like pulling teeth to get the technicians to actually return your call. I had 2 treatments there with little to no results. The icing on top of the cake was when the technician asked if I could pay (the technician) in cash. You draw your own conclusion. I regret not making a fuss about it and reporting it. I now go to some other clinic, with friendly and highly professional staff and guess what, they actually return your call on time! more

hair removal 12/19/2005

I have done 7 hair removal treatments at Lux and I have seen little results. I was very dissapointed and the technician said that she saw great results. Except that I have had my hair shaved everytime i came in. I later went to another Laser Center and after just one treatment I saw amazing results. Cons: bad lasers more

Great Service and Staff, cutting edge technology 10/9/2005

I've had numerous treatments done at the Lux Clinic (IPL, Microdermabrasion, Titan) and have been really happy with the results. The staff is really knowledgeable and professional and has done a great job at tailoring treatments to my specific skin care needs. Plus they always seem to be up on the latest and greatest techniques and laser technology. The results from the Titan (laser skin tightening) have been especially dramatic--great for me since I am not ready for the knife yet but definitely needed a little help with some facial sagging. more
