We have done business with Pollywog Pool Service for over 3 years and are completely satisfied. When we switched over to their company they turned our green pool to a sparkling blue (we didn't think it could be done but Greg was very confident he could fix it and he did!). We have had no problems getting a hold of them! If you need pool service call Pollywog Pool Service & Repair you'll be happy you did! more

Great Service 2/27/2012

They kept my pool crystal clear for the summer. When I needed them in an emergency to check my pool out, they went out of their way to be there for me....fyi it was before my 4th of July party. Thank you Pollywog! more

This is a Highly Recommended Pool Service 10/28/2008

I live in a gated community in El Dorado Hills and have been a client of Pollywog Pools for the past 4 years. Their company came highly recommended by other homeowners in my community. Their company is by far the most professional, trustworthy and helpful of any pool company I have encountered. Gregg Simon, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure that your questions are thoroughly answered. Both management and staff are eager to answer any questions and are quick to respond to requests. I am very pleased with their services and highly recommend them. Pros: Helpful and Friendly Service Cons: No Negatives more

Unfriendly, Unhelpful on Phone 2/17/2008

I received really poor customer service. I had a general advice question, which was, ""Can a mucky green unused swimming pool be cleaned and how long does something like that take?"" The man who answered the phone gave clipped responses, interrupted me often and made no effort to offer an answer to my question. I tried asking follow up questions to get more information, and just got nowhere. It was very odd, and I will not use this service when I hire someone to clean that pool. Cons: Why utilize a business where someone is too unfriendly to bother answering a general question? more
