Not only was the staff very impatient with my child, they were very rude. When I asked for a copies of x-rays for a 2nd opinion, I was met with hostility and my chart was deactivated. When I called the office to try to explain the miscommunication, the staff was again full of excuses, rude and even hung up on me. Avoid this place at all costs. more

Great experience 8/22/2012

My child was scared to go to the dentist but once we met the doctor, he was laughing and ready to go ahead with the very sweet dental nurse. He did everything without me (big boy :) and came out happy as can be showing me his prize3 and sticker. Will recommend this doctor to all my friends. more

Awesome Dentist! 10/17/2011

What fun my four year old son had at the dentist! I'm not sure who I liked more- Everybody was so nice. :) Dr. Pollock runs a "tight ship" (no pun intended as his office is decorated with sea murals and ship wrecks. lol...) But Best of all, he does all this treatment to these little kids and nobody cries-it's amazing to sit in his reception room and watch all these happy kids coming out, one after another! I think Dr. Pollock should write a book on child behavior management, I never saw anything like it! Please,please, please- don't think twice about taking your kids to Dr. Pollock's office in Melbourne for their dental car, they're all really terrific!! more

Good Dentist 4/23/2011

I appreciate those of you who have written reviews on Dr. Pollock's office. They helped me in my search for a dentist for my son. We went to Dr Pollock's office last week. Our experience was as many of you reported. My son and I had a great time,and best of all he had no cavities. more

Glad I went 6/28/2010

My kids ages 3 & 5 had to go to the dentist for the first time. When my wife told me they go back without us , I went with them because I wasn't too sure about it. Before they got started, the doctor met with all of us and he was great with my kids. Once they were done, all was good and I am glad we came to Dr. Pollock and staff. more

Nice and patient 11/24/2005

I recently got a cleaning at Dr. Pollock's office and it was great. The dentist was extremely nice and worked with very gentle hands. The only downside is the wait for an appointment is over one month. The office itself was very clean and centrally located. The staff very courteous and pleasant. more
