I called to schedule an appointment for servicing my air conditioner and was told that someone would be out at 5PM. At 6PM we called Pollard to see why no one had come over or cal...

Pollard heating is a great company. When our heater went out we called all over and found them they offered a fair price on the repair for it and were able to come out early in the morning. My heater was repaired in no time and the price never went up. Very happy with them. more

Thanks For Nothing 6/6/2011

I called to schedule an appointment for servicing my air conditioner and was told that someone would be out at 5PM. At 6PM we called Pollard to see why no one had come over or called. The lady at the desk had no idea...thank you for wasting my time. Another day without air conditioning. Now I will call someone else. more

not sure what to think 6/5/2011

Our heat went out in December on a Saturday. The owner came out and diagnosed the problem and told us they couldnt get parts for 3 days. 3 days of space heaters later, a different tech came out and said it was a different problem, rattled off several more 'problems' we needed to fix, etc. We were desperate, so we had them fix it, but now, in june, our air conditioner wont turn on. never had a problem before. seams like the tech just kept adding things to charge us more money, and we are questioning if he sabotaged our ac unit, so we would have to have them come out and fix it to. the guy seamed shady and the whole experience was awful. we will NOT CALL them to fix the ac. more
