This is great fun for the whole family. It tends to get alittle bit crowded on the weekends and at night. There are certain times that they are closed to the public because of hockey lessons so check before you go. The prices are great for getting out of the heat. They offer lessons for learning how to skate, hockey and figure skating. They have a food place to get something to eat between skating. They also do birthday parties. more

Polar ice Is great 8/19/2005

Weve been to 2 polar ice locations, Peoria, and ahwatukee, and both are top notch. Its inexpensive and a great way to cool off. Go in the afternoons and its not too crowded. This place is huge!! So if you are just learning to skate then there is egnough room so you dont get trampled on. They have a great little eating area, and lockers. everything you would expect Oh by the way...Bring Mittens!! more

Great family night 8/4/2005

We have been to Polar Ice several times, it has been a little while since we were last there, but we always found it to be fun. My older kids had a blast. It can get kind of packed on the rink though, so if you are a little slower, you may get run over. We always went on the weekend though. more
