I have hears some good things about Pol's Vet services and did not have any problems with them until just recently.
A couple of weeks ago, someone's pet wandered into our yard. Afraid he would be hit by a vehicle, we decided to locate the owner and return the animal.
He had tags, so we called Pol's to see if they could help locate the owners. The staff seemed too busy to help us, but they did give us the name and phone number of the owner. ( Out of date information) They were not willing to call the owners themselves when asked and they just seemed snooty. Like they had better things to do than relocate a lost pet.
To me pets are part of the household. If my pets were lost, I would want them returned ASAP. Vets are part of the chain on returning the animals due to the fact that they have to keep records on animals rabies shots and all. I think our vets should act as if these pets are part of our family and treat them that way.
