My 2 year old child was new to daycare settings and had a difficult time adjusting to the new environment. However, the teachers in PokoLoko made little efforts to make him feel welcome - leaving him pretty much on his own crying most of the time. There was no warmth in the class room. We had to pull him out when my wife saw a teacher grabbed his hair when he tried to run to her. Sadly, the owner and director were not sympathetic when we highlighted this incident, insisting the teacher didn't do anything wrong. We are filing a complaint to DCFS. Would not recommend this PokoLoko for children new to daycare setting.
