Rude Customer Service 5/17/2011

the lady who helped my daughter select her prom dress was extremely helpful and nice.I wished that I would have remembered her name. But I do remember a lady named Vicky who seemed to be in charge of everything. Apparently, it has went to her head. She was extremely snooty and rude and made us feel as though we weren't important enough to shop there and she won. Although we purchased my daughters dress there, we will never go back. more

Great atmosphere, terrible service 12/28/2008

At first glance, Poffie Girls is a great place to buy bridal and formal wear. It is located in a fantastic house and seems to have a large selection, but the service is HORRIBLE. I've been in two weddings that have used Poffie Girls and both experiences were equally as bad. Combining the two weddings, out of 16 bridesmaid's dresses, all were ordered atleast two sizes too big. Although we all were in dispute on the sizes the sales people ordered, we all paid dearly on alterations. The alterations lady barely speaks English and DOES NOT listen. Extremely rude. I will never use them again and discourage anyone who asks. more

Poffie Girls is a very nice dress shop in which to purchase wedding dresses, prom dresses, and other formal wear. The selection is always very large ranging from high priced to low priced and the quality of the dresses available in the store is lovely. The salesladies are always extremely helpful and I appreciate that a great deal. When getting ready for my wedding they helped me so much in choosing the perfect dress and accessories. The prices are quite reasonable in terms of quality. The store is absolutely beautiful and is convieniently located just off I-85 in Gastonia. The upkeep of the store is very nice too and they have a huge parking area. A++++ more
