Are you kidding This dealership is nothing but a rip off I bought a bike from them and they treated me like I was dirt off the street I will never go back to them The sales/owner Is the one that I bought my bike off of While he was eating all he was Worried about the check so he can get business done so he can leave I received my bike dirty Nobody was outside to tell me anything about the bike before I took so when the Survey came in I send back saying I was unhappy with them Got a phone call from the owner and asked what was the problem Problem is you need to treat your customers with respect And the only reason why I bought my bike there is because they were the only one that had the bike I was looking for I was in sales myself and I tell you one thing if they continue to do customer service the way the owner does that is one business that will be no longer a business more

If you're looking for a dealership that would treat you as a number and the bottom line is just money and this is the Dealership you should go to if you like to be treated like you were just a piece of trash off the street and this is the Dealership you should go to the sales person/owner who only cares about one thing Bottom Line money not about the customers needs and not about how the customer should receive his merchandise after buying and spending a lot of money in his establishment When I received my bike it was dirty nobody explain to me anything about the bike When I was told that there would be somebody at my bike to explain everything to me When I went to the bike there was nobody there just The keys in the ignition and a dirty bike I am so glad that I will never go back there If I do have a warranty problem you can guarantee I will never go to Pocono Motorsport's You have seen the last dollars off of me more
