This is a great place to grab some food during the afternoon or evening. It’s on the west side of Pensacola street—take Ocala from Tennessee, or get to Pensacola via the stadium. There are also tons of people there cheering on game days. There is plenty of alcohol and the food is good, too--try the fried pickles! more

Great food, not my favorite location 4/1/2006

Of the two Po'Boys locations in town, this one is my least favorite. I much prefer the location on College. The food is consistently good at both locations. Po'Boys is a great place to go if you're missing that New Orleans' hospitality, wanting to watch a game, or just chow on some good Creole food. I do agree that the fried pickles are a surprisingly good and unique bite on the menu, and go great with a cold beer. I mentioned that I don't really like this location, and it mostly has to do with the crowd of usual suspects: obnoxiously drunk college students. Yea, they're everywhere in town, but I find myself most annoyed by the patrons at this location and the fact that the staff and environment encourage such behavior. more
