We stopped on the lot as there was a couple on the lot that we knew and we wanted to stop and say hi. Tim Darr came up to us rudely and asked us if we were looking at cars and if not to get off his lot. My husband asked him to come down on a car and he went crazy. He was the rudest man I ever met in my life. I live in Plymouth and have three children that drive. We need a new truck and my daughter needs a new car and I will never buy from them. It is a shame that he has to be so rude. I like to support area business. People like him do not belong in their own business and do not know the first thing about sales. WOW he needs a wake up call. I would consider myself a good customer, I've spent almost $15000 year to date. They don't value customer service. If you ask them for help or service, they act like you are bothering them and they don't want to deal with you. Poor service, poor customer service, and poor over all human relations. Pros: It is close to home Cons: Banned from dealership because I wanted my vehicle fixed after paying for a repair 3 times and it still isn't fixed more
