Plush is NOT a night club or a lounge, it's just a dive bar that sells food w/ a DJ and a dance floor. This place is NOTHING like a Philadelphia night scene as discribed on their website. The beer was warm (even though we got the special). The drinks are nothing special either. The music was good (shout out to DJ KC), but the staff is slow and rude. They spent most of their time chatting w/ each other by the bar. I would definitely say this is a place to skip!! Go to the city if you want an enjoyable time. If you like cheap, rude staff and disappointment this is the place for you. more

Comfy n Cozy spot 8/19/2008

I go to Plush at least once a week to have a beer or two.. The food isnt that bad. I tried the asian wings and on another occusion the crab cakes. They were pretty good. The atmosphere in there is cool. You get a feel like you are in the city but the place is in the burbs. The crowd is diverse with a good mix of people and they are all nice. I've been there 8 to 10 times and never disappointed. For quick after work beer or 2 or a friday and saturday night where I dont want to go in the city, Plush is the spot. Pros: Price and location Cons: Wish they had a dj all the time there more

Best Martinis Around 8/11/2008

Plush has THE best martinis at a great value. The mint chocolate chip martini is heaven sent and only costs $6. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. The menu is limited, and the food that I have had has been so, so. But, the martinis are unbelievable. Pros: martinis, price of martinis, atmosphere Cons: sometimes too crowded more

Priced right 1/5/2008

I eat at Plush weekly and I am never disappointed. I avoid this place when the Keswick Theater is having a show because the place is in a frenzy of busy. Chef Mike has been there from the beggining ( which is almost 5 years) but no matter who is working the place is always consistant. Drinks are always made perfectly and it is truly the most comfortable place in Glenside. If you haven't eaten here yet you are only cheating yourself. Service is excellent. Pros: Prices right on, Friday happy hour Cons: too busy on show nights, reservations are a must have more

BEST BURGER, tall beers. 12/4/2007

I totally agree with the first review. The food here is awesome, music was a great mix of stuff I hadn't heard in forever. Went before a Keswick Theater show and it was packed, ended up going back afterwards to make my friend have the Chicken Spring Rolls. I will return for sure. Pros: Brass pole?!Good looking barteners. Cons: Hard to park for a Keswick Theater Show. more

Great scene 11/28/2007

What a great Place. The owner greeted me at the door and since I was a newbie she bought my a drink! The food was great and the atmosphere is very appealing. Definately check it out. Pros: Great Food and Prices more
