I was very happy with my experience with Plumbing Rescue . The service technician, Irvin , arrived at a very short notice, and was very professional. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision to call them. Tim, the supervisor, worked with me and I got a very reasonable price for all the work that I needed done on the main line plumbing problems. I've lived in Tampa for over 20 years and have used many a plumber, but Plumbing Rescue tops them all. Great customer service, and in my case, they came out the same day I called. Decided to call Plumbing Rescue based on positive online reviews. We suspected a slab leak and a really expensive repair. Robert showed up within 20 minutes, determined the source of the leak within 5 minutes, and it turned out to be something really simple and inexpensive. He repaired it with a brand new line, we paid, and he left within a half hour of us calling Plumbing Rescue . Very professional, friendly, and efficient! Great experience! Ask for Drew as your technician. He keeps the work area immaculate, he is very polite, and extremely good at what he does.\r \r Our second floor shower was leaking down to the first floor, soaking the dry wall in the ceiling. We called Plumbing Rescue and they dispatched a technician within an hour. The technician explained the pricing up front before starting any work. After he opened the ceiling and diagnosed the problem, he told exactly how much the fix would cost.\r \r He explained each step of the process to us and had the whole thing fixed in a few hours. It required more work than he originally expected, but he stayed true to the estimate he provided at the beginning. \r \r Few plumbers do drywall repair work in addition to the plumbing work. While this was a separate charge from the pipe repair, Drew did a fantastic job restoring the ceiling drywall to like-new condition. (He did a much better job than a lot of professional drywall repair guys would do.)\r \r Plumbing Rescue may not be the least expensive bid you'll get, but they stand behind their work and they are super easy to work with. Who gets excited about plumbing? I don't, but I do about great service!\r \r Our company moved into a new to us office space at the beginning of the year and had to replace the urinal. We called Plumbing Rescue, after finding them on yelp, and was lucky enough to be teamed up with Roy S. He was knowledgeable, courteous and worked hard to make sure the job was done right. \r \r The important things: He gave us a quote and he stuck to it. Even though there were issues behind the wall and things didn't line up, we paid what he told us we would pay. To make sure it was done right, he even called in another expert in the industry (I am sorry I forgot his name!) and they worked for HOURS to make it right. Also, he said he would follow up and he did. \r \r I highly recommend them and the next time we need a plumber for either work, or my home, I am going to call them. You should too. more

They really cared about me.. I live alone and am elderly. They Found a broken waterline no one else could It was a dirty job breaking up the concrete floor to get to it but they took great care not to get my house dirty. They cleaned up after the call and even vacuumed and even offered to take my trash to the curb for me as it is hard for me to get around these days. They really cared about me. I ve had several plumbers out over the years they always seem to snake and leave they never took the time to actually figure out what exactly was going on. I m so pleased that i finally found out that it was roots the whole time. Now i dont need the plumber out every so often. I wish the first plumber would have told me it was roots so i could have gotten it handled the first time not 2 1/2 years later. more

Had a clog in laundry/line-but the other part of house was fine due to a great job by another plumber in the area. But, for the $79, any drain, anytime coupon-it sounded like it would be cost saving. Prices went up right away. At $366 on first visit, and after they cleared drain, the final total was $1401. They asked for payment and asked repeatedly to let them redo the other line (Hydro-pressure cleaned less than a year before) for another $1000. We had to repeatedly say ""NO"". They actually have a sales pitch. The Job was left unhooked up (we assumed due to darkness-although they had worked out there the previous night) and we were assured they would be back to hook it up in the morning, but would really like to once again talk to us about re-doing the other line. They had NOT LOOKED at other line, just wanted to do it! They NEVER came back. 48 hours with no way to drain main house, toilets, sinks, NOTHING! No call, and they never came back or called-just took the money and left us with no sewage drainage. The Neighbors are all shocked, as my 61 year old husband finished the job after getting home from his job. I filled in 4x4x3 hole, 72 hours after they left. I've been getting my home cabled out once a month for about a year now about 150 bucks each time so I recently used Plumbing Rescue because of the $79 special once Steve arrived (ON TIME) and explained that i had pvc lines and that i shouldn't be having this issue , he then explained it could have been an issue with the installation or that my tree's roots grew into my piping.I didn't have a clean out so he had to pull off my toilet and run his cable once he got the water to drop and told me his manager (Brandon) needed to come out with a camera to see inside the pipes so i don't have this issue any more . Once he got here he showed me on the realy nice camera that the pipe was crushed from a tree root in the front of my home and it was partialy under the foundation and that we might need to rip the floors up in my bathroom but that they could do the work from the out side of my house SEE PHOTOS! So in the end Plumbing Rescue was the only company that offered a permanent fix ,Both technicians Steve and Brandon were extremely Professional and thorough with the work they did I would Highly recommend these guys to anyone! I called Plumbing Rescue out last weekend i just moved into my home and all of my drains were backing up I had sewage all in my tub it was a disaster. the woman that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and she got a plumber out to me within two hours on a Saturday. I was so impressed, they also have no extra fee to work on the weekend. The plumber that arrived was very professional his name was Robert I would recommend him to anyone by the way he tried to snake the drain through my clean out but was unsuccessful, he then was able to get his manager out who carries a drain camera on his truck so i could actually see inside my pipes they did all of this at no charge, once they were able to diagnose the problem it was fixed by the end of the day. My home was left clean and my drains were working properly . At my other residence I have had plumbers come out and when they left i had to clean up after them this was not the case with Plumbing Rescue. I am so impressed with this company I would recommend them to anyone. more
