I first saw Candace after moving from Phoenix. Being new to town it is always hard to find someone new to take care of your hair. I waited and waited and then finally saw a gal on the street that had a great cut. I asked her who she went to and of course it was Candace. I was able to get in to see her the next day and thought she did an awesome job. She really took the time to make sure that the cut was perfect before I left the salon. I have seen her ever since and have never been disappointed. Her skills are great and she really tries to make you happy. I highly recommend seeing her for any of your styling needs. I came online to see if I could find someone I would trust with my hair. I hadn't had a haircut in 2 years since my old stylist moved. I have hair almost to the bottom of my back (I love it that way) and I hate a bad cut because then you have to go shorter to get it fixed, you could say I'm very picky. Well I came online and started reading reviews, Candace is the most reviewed I could find and almost all great reviews, so I decided I'd give her a try. I made the appointment for yesterday and oh I'm so glad I did! She did an amazing job. I wanted a pretty drastic change; I got blonde highlights with brown under and layered my hair and it looks fricken fabulous. She didn't think the brown under turned out dark enough so she told me to call this week and make an appointment to get it re-done for free, but I think It's perfect so I'm gonna leave it. She had great customer service and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants a high quality hair style! more

I found Salon Indigo on Citysearch. Despite the rave reviews, I was still a bit nervous, but decided to call. I am so happy I did! Candace has been my stylist for the past 2 years and she has always done a fantastic job. My color is gorgeous - I always get compliments. The cut is exactly what I ask for each time. Summer is the owner, does my hair and ROCKS IT every time. I'm a natural redhead and VERY picky about my color (to cover grays now!). My hair looks amazing and I get questions and compliments ALL the time (I was at St. Charles for a blood draw and the phlebotomist asked me, for crying out loud!). Maybe a teeny bit on the expensive side, but worth EVERY penny. LOVE IT! Pros: Everyone there has mad skillz! Cons: Haven't found any more

I have stick-straight hair that can't hide a bad haircut. So although I'm a low-maintenance gal (don't want to spend much time or effort getting ready and never have), I've always splurged on a good cut. Over the last two years, Kris has consistently given me the best haircuts of my life. They're so good that my usually oblivious husband always notices and comments when I get a haircut. I even experimented by getting a few subtle highlights for the first time and was surprised by how natural they looked (and didn't have to be maintained, just as I'd requested).
