Don't let this groomer touch your pets! I have my dogs going to this vet so I tried their grooming service. The goomer is by far the rudest person ive ever met. On top of that she made three of my dogs quick bleed. He is a ten year old dog who has been groomed his whole life. He doesn't even move while being groomed. When I called to address this problem she claimed she cut all of his nails, which was a lie (the way I found the quick was from taking him to another groomer the same day for his nails to be trimmed) and denied having anything to do with the cut quicks. In left my baby in care of this groom we and she hurt him 3 different times! Completely unacceptable and showed absolutely no remorse more

The staff and vet at Pleasantburg Veterinary Clinic are spectacular! When I took my cat, Tron, in for surgery the clinic was clean, the staff were professional and caring, and the vet was extremely nice. They told me everything that was going to happen and what the charges would be up front. They kept my Tron for 2 days to make sure their were no post-op complications (that shows a very dedication!); they allowed me to visit my him each day! When I went to pick him up, the staff were as friendly as ever, and the bill matched exactly what they told me at the beginning. This will be my vet from now on. Excellent!! Pros: Customer service, price, efficient, caring, they obviously love what they do! Cons: Can't think of single one. more
