Plaza Pontiac-Buick Inc

I took my 2006 G6 to get a new steering carriage, and they had it for just about a week...I went to pick it up and i signed the papers and paid for it...I walked to my car and there was a dent in the drivers door(it was like a car door smacked it) and the handle was all scraped up. I walked but in and they said they will look at it....I waited 10-15 mins and then they said that it was like that when we took it there. I yelled and was like NO it NEVER had that...there like okay we will fix the handle...not the dent! what a joke! My husband called up and talked to them for a good 15-20 mins and finally they said okay we will fix it all....That was on a Thursday. When we dropped it off they told us the truth that a girl smacked it with her car door! They said it would be done on Tuesday....we called and they said no its not here.. you can get it tomorrow...so on weds we picked it up...I drove it home...my husband drove it around town and there was a bad noise coming from the steering wheel....we took it right back...they gave me a a junky rental car that you couldnt see the gear your in...the brakes didnt work so good and it smelled! I would never take my car back there again! more

I spent a long time researching where I should buy a car. I finally decided on Plaza Pontiac Buick in Putnam. Lloyd and his team made me feel comfortable. Buying a car is a big decision and no one but Lloyd and Ronnie, who I worked with, made me feel that my choice was right. Not only did I get a great car for a very good price, but they took care of me every time I called them. So many car companies are big business. They dont treat you like a person.
