Worst customer service I have experienced. more

This is by far the worst experience i have ever had. I went in for a Contact lense exam for $69 and was told by the doctor that he couldnt relese my perscription and that i could buy contact from him if i wanted. Those were way too exspensive! so i went in a month later to see if he would release it and he needed to check my eyes again. Well that cost another $20! Then he said he would release my perscription. But when i got to the receptionist she informed me that it would be a $20 fee to release the perscription because i didnt buy my initial supply from them!! I will never go to this place ever again. I spent $110 and didnt even get contacts!! more

I too ""cannot see"". Keep blinking with these contacts in just to write this. I knew I was needing to get an eye exam but when I got my glasses on Monday and felt like I was on a roller coaster, I was told my the ""technician"" I needed to wear them and get use to them cause now I have to wear bifocals. 1 minute wearing them I knew I was not a candidate for bifocals. Today is Wednesday and I have truly given it my good ""college try"" and its a ""no go"" for me. Went in today to tell the doctor that I either got the wrong glasses and I just want to keep wearing my other glasses which I see much better when wearing them, but he wasnt there. A young girl was assigned to teaching me how to wear contacts which I also pre paid for. My lesson was to take an hour if I needed it but I first wanted to let the young lady know that I wasnt even sure about getting contacts when I couldnt even wear the glasses. The receptionist interrupted me to tell me that the young lady had other things to do and I was not to waste my hour lesson with this concern. I chose to keep my anger to myself by her rude remark and think through my response when I wasnt hot under the collar. The contacts went in in 7 minutes, I was charged for the hour even though I was told if I learned quickly there would be no charge. I will be taking some action after I think about this some more. People need to know they are not professionals working there. I am definitely not going to wear these glasses or contacts. I CANT SEE !!!!! more

Worst experience ever! Went in for 1/2 glasses to magnify paperwork and see over for computer, etc. Owner/optician insisted I needed single lens instead. I tried them. Didn't work. Asked again for 1/2 glass & was told not what I needed. Given new lens. These were worse. I tried to take glasses back and cut all of our losses. Willing to pay for useless lens, but wanted frames refunded. He wouldn't budge!!!!!! Absolutely NO refunds He told me that I needed to make some adjustments & sacrifices at work. REALLY?. I went to Walmart and bought 1/2 lens glasses for work. They are great. Now stuck with expensive useless eyewear. Bottom line. NOT a good experience. Owner told me that he didn't care if I was dissatified. NO EXCEPTIONS! Wow! Save yourself aggravation and go somewhere where they will listen to your needs and work with you if they make a mistake more
