We purchased several items for our small practice last year. When the autoclave quit working it was repaired for no charge even though it was past the 1 year warranty. Highly recommended company. more

Beware!!! No Return/Exchange-Unethical Sales!! 11/11/2010

We recently purchased via internet two lights for our medical office. While purchasing we were told that the lights could be returned for a 10% restocking fee. The lights did not perform as expected and when we tried to return, the owner reneged on his promise and told that that there was no conversation related to return and that they have no return/exchange policy. more
