Plaza Leasing

Me and my wife were looking to give our lease in 3 months early, came in got a price on honda accord 2012 lease. Decided to accept it, sales representative (Kamilla) said they would be able to take the remaining 3 payments. Once the sale was completed they only honored 2 payments. Spoke to Kevin Weekes, as well as Louis Gentilcore, both individuals gave a run-around, and couldn't give us any answers. We are taking them to small claims court next. Would never deal with these people again, dont recommend this dealership at all. Spend a lot of time there as everyone is extremely slow. The only person who was nice was the receptionist, everyone else I would have to say are complete liars and theves! Told all my friends not to ever shop there unless they want to be robbed, very shady business, I also reported them to BBB. more

Made a deal agreed to 2.9% rate. The next day get a call from Evan the manager and he says they made a mistake the rate should have been 3.9%. He said we can end the deal but it would take up to 6 month to get my deposit back and i had to pay for each mile driven. Folks, please just stay away, do yourself a favor. more

When we came to Plaza Honda, the service manager took our car in immediately. We could not have asked for a more customer friendly environment. The prompt service was amazing! Our car was towed into Plaza Honda in the morning, and our vehicle was ready for pick up that afternoon. Just in time for us to leave town. My only regret is that I was unable to recall the service manager's name to personally thank him in this note. We would definitely recommend Plaza Honda for their impeccable service, courteous staff, and easy payment option with their Auto Mall credit card. They were a lifesaver. more

I have been purchasing cars from Plaza Auto Mall for the thirty years and would never trust another dealership. The Sales Associates at Plaza Auto Mall are the most polite people I have ever contacted when shopping for a new car. Bought a new car from Plaza auto mall, negotiated a price. got my financing (which I was able to afford $200 per month) After picking up the car, a few hours later the dealer calls and tells me they made a mistake on the paperwork if I could come back in so they could correct it, I drove right over to the dealer...Seems there calculations were wrong and my payments were $250 MORE than what I was being told all along by the salesman and there finance department... What a scam!!!! now I am stuck with a $450 a month car payment which I can't really afford if I was told the truth from the start I would have never bought the car. BEWARE more

We bought our new Hyundai from Plaza Auto Mall a couple of years ago, and aside from it taking a long time to do the paperwork, everything was fine. My husband took the car in for an oil change, and Vladamir told him that he needed the maintenance done too. Never told him how much it was going to be. My husband almost had a stroke when he picked up the car and it cost over $350! He had no idea it would be that much and should have been told before the work was done. On the paperwork he had to sign it said that "customer acknowledges receiving original estimate of $400" which is absolutely not true. If my husband knew that it was going to cost that much, he would have told them not to do the maintentenance. The car didn't even need it yet and Vladimir knew that because he said it was a little early. Because of this, they lost a customer for good. We're going somewhere else from now on. My friend is also a customer of theirs and they tried to pull the same thing with her and now she goes somewhere else for service. Oh, and last time we took the car in, I stupidly left some money- about $15 for tolls from our recent trip-hidden in a book in the glove compartment and forgot to take it out. There was a recall on the airbags and I guess they had to take everything out of the glove compartment to get at the air bags. Lucky guy who opened and looked through everything in the plastic envelope holding the book where I hid my toll money. When we picked up the car, all the stuff that was in the glove compartment was on the passenger seat and the money was gone. I didn't say anything because I had no way to prove it was there. They should be ashamed. more
