I'll give this place one star because Sara who works there is cool and understands dog behavior, also because it is clean.
Unfortunately Sara does not own the place and the owner is a complete tool. My dog was left in a room, by the owner, with no human supervision and two dogs that were taking naps. When I checked on him on the cameras he had no one to play with and was chasing his tale. I called to find out what was going on and Sara apologized and moved him to the other room where he did fine, which I appreciated.
The next time I brought him in the owner Denise wanted to talk about my ""issue"" but instead argued with me and told me not to come back because our personalities conflict. She doesn't seem to understand that she opened a business and when you do that you have to deal with the people who pay you to take care of their dog.
She's the type of person who acts like she knows what she's doing but she has no clue. She also doesn't seem to understand that we want what's best for our dogs because we love them. She has a huge almost empty facility - each day I went there were no more than 5 dogs. I highly recommend you go elsewhere like Arf 'n Bark or Central Bark - both of which are in the area. There are too many good places to bother with this one and I can't imagine this place will be in business much longer.
