Not very good attitudes 11/9/2007

I visited my two daughters that are attending Texas A&M and they took me to Platos. We shopped around, made a few selections and went to the register. The attitudes of the employees and the lack of customer service was terrible. I almost left the items and walked out; but the girls had spent considerable time shopping so I went through with the purchase. I did tell the girls though that I did not want to shop there anymore or have my money going to them. The employees seemed very put out to have to check us out. They did not say thank you at the end of the transaction. It seemed like we were intruding on their chat session. more

Ok quality 8/30/2005

I've been to Plato's Closet a few times and never got past the idea of buying last season's clothes. If you're on a budget, like most of us college students, then Plato's Closet may be the way to go for you. And for the people that can't afford certain brands can get them second hand at a reasonable price affordable for most people. more
