I went to Platinum Plus, and i told the hair stylist that i could not come ever 3wk. Renee the stylist told me this was her policy and she would give me a discount. Then she cut my hair. I called and made a appointment for 3wks. I showed up and told her i had to make a run, to borrow some money. I was unable to get back to her in time. The salon had closed. Called Renee the next day and apologize, and made an appointment for the following week. I showed up on time, Renee Made me sit in the chair for over 5hr. Renee first 1/2 hr. she washed my hair. I sat in the chair 2hrs. wet hair. 3hrs. later after i said i had enough she Renee, said i was getting ready to see you. She Renee put something in my hair, made it stand straight up on top of my head. fly away ends and a very bad cut!!! All beacuse i could not come when my pockets said NO!!!! Now Renee's policy is if you can not come to Platinum Plus every 3wk. Just don't come!! I will never ever go back there again!!! oh yeah to show good faith i still gave her and her shampoo a tip!!! STAY AWAY ALERT!!!!!!
