Over 10 years ago Platinum Communications was hired to wire our new building phone and computer networking while the building was under construction. Our system has been reliable for over 10 years now. In fact, we continue to use his services. He has come to our business to help resolve internet issues caused by our past internet provider. Recently he installed communication to each of our work bays so I can talk with staff from my desk without walking around the building...a real time saver. He is responsive whenver we call him for help. If you're looking for someone reliable who is an expert in his field then give him a call. more

This guy is a NUT 6/25/2010

I had a problem with my phone lines and call him. Was great over the phone, came out, not only he coule not fix my problem he took my entire store out. Packed up and left. Then I get a bill for 200 plus dollars. I called him and said why, you didn't do anything. He them starts screaming at me, if you dont pay this invoice I will come out and rip everything out. Pros: He came out right away Cons: He took my store down, turn and said I am leaving more
