Let me begin by saying thank you, Michael you and your team really did your thing this weekend. The jerk chicken was the best I ever had in my 49 years of living. I hope you will have one of your chefs enter the Atlanta Caribbean Jerk Festival on September 4, 2011@ Panthersville Stadium. I will be in touch with you real soon, got that wedding reception planned for my daughter in late August. I may have your company do the rehershal dinner that friday as well. I have to admit I was very impressed with the outcome of the Agent Luncheon today. We had the perfect amount of food, which was totally awesome might I add. I know I was a pain going back in fourth with you for two weeks prior, as to the amount of food. It changed like what, four or five times. After all that, we ended up going with the amount we had originally said. I have to give it to you, you guys know your craft. The food and service rendered was first class all the way, very rare these days. I will take you up on that 15% discount, on the next catering we do for agent viewings. Tell Chef Joe the Salmon was the best I' ve had in a long time. Do you do private family catering? I guess I can call you on that. Awesome Job Platinum!!!! more

I just wanted to THANK YOU Michael for saving me last Wendesday. I know I had told your cooridinator the luncheon was Thursday (May 19,2011) @ 11:30. However, when I got to work Wednesday morning I looked on my planner and realized I told her the wrong date. When I called you frantic about the entire situation, you said ""calm down Ms. Angie."" ""Platinum has you covered, and see you @ 11:00 today."" I was like WOW, and my co-workers are still talking about the food and service. Welcome back Platinum Catering Company, you were greatly missed. The food was excellent as always and I love the new healthy menu Chef Joe has created. United Publishers will definately be using your company at least two times a week. Jason's Deli has corned the market on sandwiches, but I believe Platinum Catering Company has taken over the market in ""Personal Care Catering"". I now see why that is your slogan. Good job Ms. Parker on assisting our HR department with everything. See you next week, and the gym this week. LOL more
