Service you can rely on w/o BS 1/15/2014

Recently had my truck towed on a Sunday to Platinum for a dead starter. Spoke w/ service team on Monday and w/i a couple hours heard back on a plan of action, including cost. Truck was ready in the afternoon at the price quoted in the morning. Nice not getting a run around ... Plus it is running great. more

Consistently Reliable!! 1/10/2014

Came out of the gym and saw that one of my tires was very low for the second time in a week. Called Platinum and they squeezed me in within the hour and had me out in under 30 minutes. Even plugged the tire as opposed to trying to sell me a new one like most places would do to make more money. As always they are very neighborly and genuinely care for each customer. You gotta give them a shot!! more
