I would recommend Platinum Auto Glass to everyone who has that need. The work was done quickly and expertly, and the entire experience was unique.

Worst

Wasn't willing to match price with quality auto glass who was $20 cheaper. If my glass wasn't already ordered would have gone there. On the bright side it was done quickly (1 hr) ...

You know when u get stopped in your tracks by someone who has such a kind heart that makes you really realize there are good people out there! Marcus from Platinum auto glass turned my horrible situation around. He was so kinda that he even helped me to my front door. What a great person!!!!!!! I was so mad at the company for not ordering my glass that after he came and got it fixed (in 35 mins) along with his beautiful heart made me forget about them not ordering the glass for me!!!!! Way to go Marcus you are a great person.\r I never write reviews. You have a wonderful employee and he needs to know he made my day. I could go on and on about how he turned that situation around. I was so mad yesterday and forgot all about it today the 5 stars are for him alone. Thank you. And I will be returning as long as I have him as my installer! more

A car kicked up a good-size rock on I-5 the other night and it made a large crack in my windshield. My insurance agent told me about Platinum Auto Glass and I paid them a visit yesterday afternoon. Ted was very pleasant and fixed me right up-- the damage on my windshield is no longer visible. I will recommend his shop to my friends and he will have my business in the future.
