Awesome place to shop for games 1/30/2010

Mm. In my experience going there, they've been pretty helpful whenever I asked if they had something. On the phone, quick to answer, but they also seem a bit busy and rushed, a bit of a drawback, but they make sure to try and help everyone that stops by. Don't know if the people who posted above me came in on a bad day, but they were never that horrible. :x Pros: Pre-ordering, DS download station, helpful staff Cons: Sometimes they don't carry an accessory I need more

Worst customer service ever! 11/23/2007

Unbelievable. The clerk was actually abusive when I asked a question. Rude, condescending, and unrepentant. Whew! A new low in the shopping experience. \r \r If your unfamiliar with video systems or games - don't go there! Since I was a parent shopping for children - I needed assistance, which apparently evokes resentment and snottiness from the clerks behind the counter. He actually was yelling at me as I made a quick departure! Now if your into abuse...well, you'll be in hog heaven. I'm not and DO expect courteous replies at the very least.\r \r Hope this helps you avoid at least one nasty shopping experience out there! more

Solid Game Store 7/11/2004

This place always has the games the day they're supposed to be released. You can pre-order games, and the employees know their games. Pros: Games release on time, Pre-Order more
