Awesome experience! 3/20/2011

I LOVE Planet 21 at the Arlington. The entire staff always make me feel relaxed and at home, and are very attentive to every detail of my experience to make sure I walk away totally satisfied. Daniel and Eric have both cut my hair and demonstrated a skill that only comes along with the experience and passion that they have for what they do. I highly recommend this salon- I'll never go anywhere else! more

Our hair has found a home! 3/17/2011

My husband is incredibly picky about who does his hair (as most musicians are) and he was thrilled with his recent cut and style at Planet 21 salon. When we moved from Atlanta to Charlotte last year, we thought we'd never find a stylist who could do the job well. Ask for Mary Ellen Arnold. You will not be disappointed! more

AWESOME Salon 3/16/2011

Best Salon in Charlotte!!!!! I have been going to Planet 21 since it opened it's first salon at the Arboretum and I've had Eric cutting my hair for 20 years and I've never been disappointed. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and they want you to be happy when you leave. I also get color and have used several different colorist at Planet 21over the years and they ALL are terrific. I am a redhead and red is probably the hardest color to get right and they can do it!!!! Kelsie at the Arlington and Penny at the Arboretum do a WONDERFUL job!! If you want to feel and look beautiful I urge you to go to Planet 21.....They are GREAT!!!! more

What a great experience!! 3/14/2011

I went to Planet 21 in desperate need of a hair make over! I absolutely recommend this salon it's beautiful and everyone is so professional and helpful! Mary Ellen did my hair and she gave me a style that i love! What a great job finally someone gets it!! She also took the time to show me how to curl my hair, which i love doing now! more

Planet 21 is the best salon I've ever been to. Mary Ellen took the time to understand the look I was going for. She is totally awesome! I highly recommend Planet 21 and especially Mary Ellen as a stylist!! more

Michelle is the Best!!! 2/24/2011

Michelle at Planet 21 has been cutting my hair for about a year now, and I have never been so pleased with my hairstyles!! I've been to a few of the best salons in Charlotte (as I am a Charlotte native), and feel that Michelle's attention to detail, and her ability to create a flattering hairstyle leave some of the other stylists in the last decade!! more

I have been going to Michelle at Planet 21 at the Arlington for haircuts for over a year. I would recommend her to anyone . She is professional and always gives me her undivided attention. I have never had a negative experience at Planet 21. When I leave Planet 21 I feel beautiful and ready to show it off. more
