Steve and the staff at Plain's are phenomenal. They're always honest and fair and never do any work before checking with me first. As a young woman who has been bullied by other repair shops to try to get work done that I didn't need I always refer friends and co-workers to Plain's. more

Fair and Honest 1/9/2006

Brought the vehicle in for repairs after getting an estimate from the local Jeep dealer on Rte 16. Necessary work was done on time for considerably less than what the dealer estimated and some of the dealer ""required"" work wasn't needed (eg, front rotors didn't need replacement but could be resurfaced and rear brake pads still had substantial life). Pros: High Value, Fair, Good Communication more
