I am always leary when taking my car into a new shop for maintenance and repair. After looking at the reviews for shops in my area, I chose to try Placentia Super Service. I needed a new serpentine belt and told them that the service brake system warning light was on and off but the brakes were good and there seemed to be an issue with the transmission. From my first contact with Ryan, the customer service was stellar. They took my car right in and gave me a ride home while they diagnosed the problem. I received a text the same afternoon with a diagnostic report and Bob,one of the owners, followed up with a call. They were patient and thorough in explaining what was happening with the car and went through my options with each item going so far as to tell me service options they would not recommend as it may damage the car further. That was refreshing. Needless to say, 2 days later when my driver's side window got stuck halfway down, I called them and they said bring it right in. They fixed the problem quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. You can tell they take pride in their work and reputation and look to build long term trusting client relationships and are not there just to empty your wallet.
