Place To Bead

The owner of this store is one of the meanest people I have every come across in my lifetime. My 14 year old daughter received a gift certificate from her aunt. We were unfortunate to have some personal and medical issues this year. When I called to ask if they would honor the gift certificate which was exactly ONE month passed the expiration date, her answer was "absolutely not". I was almost in tears. She has no reason not to honor it except for pure greed. She is keeping my sister's $50.00 and could care less what happened to my daughter. I wished what happened to my family would never happen to hers. She then hung up on me. Such bad buisness tactics. Of course my congregation and place of buisness have heard my story and by word of mouth will not be going to that shop in Princeton....ever! The sad thing is, I had given my daughter an extra $50.00 to spend there, so now we will take our buisness elsewhere. My daughter has also told all her friends what happened....they won't be going there anytime soon either!!!! more

If money is no object, this is an excellent place to shop for beads. The variety of beads available at the store is wild. I have never gone there and not found what I needed and more. My sister and I love to create jewelry for our friends and family and we make a monthly trip here to stock up on cool beads and get tips from the employees. more

The bead selection is very nice with many unique strands. However, the prices are very high. This is not a place to stock up on quantity of beads or findings. The staff was not very friendly. The salesgirl rushed me out of the store when I was trying to make a small purchase at the end of the day. I will not be going back there. more
