Pizza Shuttle

This is my first message. \r The service is fast and favorable. Everyone seems to know their jobs and does them well. The people at the registar are efficient and knowable about the products.\r The food was very affordable. Large variety and good size quanities. We were impressed by the freshness of the ingredients in our dishes. We loved the pepperoni pizza and the hot wings were still lingering on the tongue long after we left. The beer was cold and the ice cream refreshing. We love the atmosphere! It is a great place for adults and college kids to hang out. We loved the fact they were open so late at night. A good place to stop after the movie or activities downtown. The elevator was a welcome sight to one of the people in our group. The french fries are some of the best I have had in town. They were crisp and we couldn't get over the amount you were given! The ceaser salad was fresh, plentiful and had a delightful taste. All in all this is one of the most reasonably priced with the largest variety of good tasting food we have come to enjoy in a long time. \r This isn't the type of place I would take young children. \r The televisions were nice. everytime im in town, I eat at shuttle,nothing like chicago pizza(the best) but the crust is so good I ask for and buy 10 dough balls when going home,so so good, the rest of the menu is average, but impressive how much this place offers,if you have a taste for anything quick,they have you covered... I'm a little confussed about the recent review from the previous person complaining about the service and food. Everytime I have gone in there, I see the same happy faces of the employees ready and anxious to take care of me. The food has always been pretty good and sometimes it might take a little longer than normal especially when the ""line is out the door"" what does this mean? they must be doing something right, maybe not all the time, BUT WHO's PERFECT-Delivery- no body does it better! more

I used to order from them late at night when I was hungry and they're the only place still delivering. I have to say that I don't think they've *once* gotten my order right. It's really annoying when you wait an hour for your food to get delivered, and they deliver the wrong thing, so you have to wait another 45 minutes for them to bring you the correct order. This has happened almost every time I've ordered from them. Not only that, but their pizza is absolutely horrible, their chicken wings aren't even warm when they deliver them and they're usually all dried up like they've been sitting in an oven for a week. I have eaten pizza all over the country and this pizza is in the top five best pizzas. The restaurant is clean and simple. The food is tasty and not expensive. The pizza is the food to order. I had vegetarian pizza and enjoyed it.
