Yesterday, my family & I had decided that I would bring home a pizza and M'Lady salad on my way home from work today. So, of course, I spent the whole gruelling day at work looking foward to pizza and salad. I called in the order to the Smithville location before I left work at 3:00 pm, and was assured the pizza would be ready for pickup by 3:30. (It was about 10 to 3 pm when I called it in.) When I arrived at the Pizza Shoppe, I was met with a blank stare when I asked for my pizza, and an explanation that my ""ticket"" disappeared, and no pizza. They forgot to make my pizza! I was astonished because I was the only customer in the shop at the time! And had just called in the order 1/2 hr ago! No apology! While I was relaying my order again, it dawned on me that they hadn't made my pizza or salad, so I asked if my pizza wasn't made yet. She said no, they would have to make one, and unfortunately due to family obligations, I didn't have the 15-20 minutes to wait for it. So I left hungry, empty-handed, and facing a very disappointed family.
Pros: Food is good if you don't mind the aggrevation or disappointment of poor service.
Cons: Ambivalent employees
