Pizza Pazza initially caught my eye because their window proudly announced organic flour and vegan cheese. You can only get the vegan cheese on a whole or half pizza, so I haven't tried it yet. And it is fun to watch them make the pizza - you can ask for whatever you want on a slice and watch them slather it on before cooking. But somehow it never tastes right to me - maybe it's the sauce, or the oregano sprinkled on the cheese. Alas...
