This is the best Italian restaurant in California. Mr. Paul and his wife run this cozy little restaurant. I have been going there for 15 years. I am from New York and I have not tasted such good pizza like this since I left New York. It is a very small restaurant but very very cozy. I love this little family restaurant. The selection of pizza is delicious and yummy!!! Pros: Cozy, Family Restaurant, Feels like Home Cons: N/A more

Best pizza and calzones in Los Angeles 1/22/2006

I love Pizza Paul's. Paul himself is very charming and I feel like family when I visit. I grew up in New Haven, CT, which has a little Italy section, and nothing in L.A. came as close to authentic homestyle Italian as Pizza Paul's. more
