I used to regularly order from the place. This time delivered pizza was all soft, not crispy at all. I called to them asking what is going on. Lady told me – in order to get a crispy pizza you need to SPECIFICALLY ask for WELL DONE!
I started complaining that I’m constantly ordering from the place, never been asked for well done and it was always crispy. Lady said – that it is my fault that I do not know how to order a pizza!
Asking to speak to a manager did not get me any good. No manager was on duty, they could not give me a name, and it was not possible to get a hold of a manager by them.
They also looked me up in the database and could not find any of my previous orders. And I was ordering from them for a year! At the end I got hang-up on.
So here is the deal – I paid $20 (including ~$4 tip for a delivery person) that are wasted. Pizza is no good, and I feel really abused by the personnel of Pizza Nova.
I really hope that the manager or the owner are reading this review. I am a business owner myself and know that it is a last thing in business to get your loyal customers to be abused.
Lady promised me that manager will call me. If I did not receive a call today or tomorrow morning – I’m going to pay them a visit demanding a refund, otherwise planning to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau of NJ.
