Don't expect your pizza how you ordered it! 2/14/2007

Wanting a traditional Pizza Hut pan pizza, I ordered online and went to pick it up. The waiting room was crowded and dirty, the employees uniforms faded with no nametags on any one of the workers. My pizza was made with the wrong crust: ""We were out,"" was the excuse when I brought it back. Pros: Hiding poor service behind a national name Cons: Making changes without telling the customer more
