Worst service ever at a Pizza hut... they seemed to think it was funny.... I will never go back there again... more

It has been a while since i have dined and this Pizza Hut restaurant. This restaurant used to be one of the worst places to eat. The floors were always dirty, the restrooms were a disgrace, and the employees were all unkempt. But, back in March i began to see a change in the store. The food became more well prepared, the restaurant was very cleanly, but there was still some attitude in the employees, to which I believe came from a lack-lustered restaurant manager. When I returned to this restaurant this past week, I could see a change in the attitudes of the employees. the wait staff had smiles on their faces and the new restaurant manager, Krystal, was active in all aspects of the store. On a down note, I arrived when it was busy and it did take a longer time then usual to receive my order, but, the order was perfect and delicious. From a proffesional opinion, the comment before mine sounds like it was written by a disgruntled employee trying to lower the demeanor of this restaurant, and who ever did it should be ashamed to slander someones name. more

Worst place in Lawton. Crystal the manager needs to be replaced, rudest most unprofessional manager that has ever graced this doomed eatery. The food is terrible, the employees are unhappy and it shows. I have witnessed the manager and another employee sitting at a table talking crap about the other employee's while patrons waited on food to be delivered and orders to be taken. Will never go back. more

I used to love taking my family to pizza hut on the weekends. Three times now in this past month we have been there and have had a horrible time. They restaffed the old management with new managers who ignore you, have attitudes, and use foul language in front of my children!! I will never again go to pizza hut if this is the kind of people they want running their stores then I will just go to papa johns where they respect the customers and don't cuss in front of children more
